When Jamie is not training or racing he spends a majority of his time coaching athletes of all ages, sizes, and abilities. With over 15 years of experience, Jamie is passionate about developing creative ways for athletes and individuals to reach their health, fitness, and performance goals within the constraints of their life.  

Using the Software program Training Peaks, Jamie crafts an individualized plan based on the athlete's strengths, goals, and real-world commitments. Through constant communication and feedback, he formulates strategies that enable athletes to reach the next level of fitness. Whether clients can devote 5 hours or 25 hours each week, Jamie is committed to finding an approach that optimizes their time and propels them towards their goals.

Regardless of whether the goal is to finish a "Sprint" triathlon for the first time, set a personal record at Ironman, lose weight, increase general fitness, or run a 10K personal record, Jamie would love to help.
